“Fantastic location for winter (and for sure not only winter) holidays. Good slopes, down from the top peak of 3000 meters, nice town with restaurants and bars, quality hotels and, a must see, famous Bormio Terme dated from ancient Roman times.”
“Central point of for all the slopes in the area. Good place for a coffee or something to eat. The prices are a bit lower than in 3000. The toilets are free. You can also leave your backpack around and nothing bad should happen to it. Enjoy.”
“Great spot in the Italian Alps to enjoy both winter and summer season. "La Stelvio" is amongst the best sky slopes in the Alps. Bormio is one of my favorite villages to have great fun !......during the night too !”
“This ski resort is an excellent choice for both seasoned skiers and those looking to learn, offering a variety of slopes to cater to different skill levels. While the resort features restaurants, it's worth noting that bottled water is pricey at €4 for 0.5L, so bringing your own could save some money. The facility includes two magic carpets designed for different levels of difficulty. Once you've purchased your ski pass, you have complete access to all areas. Despite being quite busy, the experience is highly enjoyable. For three days for three people, the costs were: €181 for ski equipment, €337 for ski passes for two adults and one child, and €55 per hour for individual ski instruction (or €65 per hour for a group of two).”
